At Home Consultation
During our first visit we will listen carefully to your demands, answer questions you might have, analyze, then measure the area and discuss ideas to maximize the space in order to transform it into the space of your dreams.
Project cost will vary depending the size of the room, and what features or options you choose. However, square footage alone is not the indicator of cost; kitchens and bathrooms may be smaller but require appliances, plumbing, electrical features etc.

Estimate and Custom Desing
Our prices are competitive and fair. Any unexpected or additional expenses must be pre-approved by you. That’s how we would like to be treated, and that is how our clients are treated.
After our personalized consultation we'll be able to provide you with an estimate contemplating your wants and needs, the scope of work and premium quality setting materials needed to reach your goals. We'll also provide 3D drawing if needed in-order for you to have a better visualization of the final results.

Procurement
Alright, once the estimate and designs stage are approved now we can finally move from an idea to the physical world. Procurement is the most straightforward step in the renovation process. This is where we'll order materials, create a production schedule for demolition day, preparations and installations.
Throughout the process we want our customers to be satisfied with our work, which is why we provide open and clear communication channels all through the duration of each project.

The Finishing Touches
This is where we'll take a moment to do a final walk through the project and go over the list to make sure all items have been mark off. Also spot items that might need to be corrected or adjusted.
The end of the project provides comfort and relief for us as much as it will for you.
